By ordering any service, digital product, or physical item from Auralexis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services and Products

2.1 Executive Advisory Services

Auralexis provides tailored legal guidance sessions for executives. Sessions may be delivered in person or remotely, as agreed in writing.

2.2 Digital Information Products

Digital information products include but are not limited to e-books, templates, and recorded training materials. Access is granted upon full payment of applicable fees.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed publications, branded materials, and other tangible items. Delivery times vary by region and will be confirmed at checkout.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due prior to commencement of services or delivery of products. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your order confirmation. Auralexis reserves the right to modify fee schedules at any time upon notice.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Auralexis is committed to your satisfaction. This section outlines your options for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

4.1 Executive Advisory Services

If you cancel a one-hour advisory session more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full fee refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to reserved expert availability, but you may reschedule once at no extra fee subject to our calendar availability. Package engagements and retainers are non-refundable, as they require advance allocation of professional resources.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Requests to revoke access to an unopened digital product may be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once download or access has commenced, all digital sales are final. This policy ensures content integrity and compliance with licensing requirements.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return physical goods in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke or expedited services are expressly designated as non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of preparatory work and scheduling of expert personnel. Such designations will be clearly stated in engagement agreements.

6. Modification of Terms

Auralexis reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at Auralexis.digital and take effect upon publication. Continued engagement after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
